Quit because you want to

If you are going to quit smoking the only way you will be successful is to do it because you want to quit. If your only reason for quitting smoking is to please someone else that’s not really anything to hang your hat on. You have to want to quit smoking because you’ve decided that it is ruining your health and can never do anything good for you. Once you quit, you will be happier, healthier, and more focused.
